Abstract

The focus of the problem is the title "Legislative Transparency in the Digital Era: Opportunities and Challenges. There are several objectives of this research which consist of: How is the concept of transparency in the legislative process in Indonesia, How can digitalization of legislation be an opportunity in realizing openness and public participation, What are the challenges faced in implementing legislative transparency in the digital era, How can efforts to strengthen digital legislative transparency be made to create a more open and accountable legal system. The research method used in this research uses the library research method, namely using sources through books, journals, laws and regulations.
