This study aims to analyze the position and role of the Election Organizers Honorary Council (DKPP) within the context of Indonesia's constitutional system, based on Law No. 15 of 2011 concerning Election Organizers. Through a normative juridical approach, this study examines the role of DKPP in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process in Indonesia, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings indicate that DKPP plays a vital role in ensuring fair and integrity-driven election processes, although there are several challenges in the execution of its functions and authority. This research is expected to provide recommendations for the institutional strengthening of DKPP within Indonesia's constitutional framework.
