IMS is an outsourcing company that requires efficient and effective service handling. Bandwidth management implemented at PT. IMS, in a shared unlimited capacity, results in bandwidth contention, leading to unstable internet access. Efforts that can be undertaken to maintain network performance quality include monitoring and analyzing the quality of service of the WLAN network at PT. IMS to ensure it consistently performs well.
