The purpose of this research is to find out how the International Labor Organization (ILO) protects workers' rights based on ILO Convention no. 111 of 1958 and how the implementation of ILO provisions in Indonesian labor laws and regulations using normative legal research methods determines: 1. The form of protection of workers' rights by the International Labor Organization (ILO), among others based on ILO Convention No. The agreement, namely: a. freedom of association and effective recognition of collective bargaining; b. elimination of all forms of forced labour; c. Effective elimination of child labour; d. Elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation. 2. ILO Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Listed in several ILO Conventions and ratified by Indonesia, it is the obligation of the Indonesian government to implement Indonesian labor laws and regulations and Labor Law No. 13 of 2003 and other regulations. In principle, worker protection is also carried out by the fact that recognition of human rights, physical and technical as well as social and economic protection is regulated or strengthened by applicable regulations.
