Jurnal Thengkyang is a scientific law journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sjakhyakirti Palembang. This journal is published twice a year (biannually), in June and December. The first issue of TENGKHYANG Journal was published in 2016 based on the Rector's Decree of Universitas Sjakhyakirti Palembang.

The journal invites and appreciates contributions from scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers to submit high-quality articles in various fields of law. These fields include, but are not limited to, law and history, legal philosophy, legal sociology, socio-legal studies, international law, environmental law, criminal law, private law, Islamic law, agrarian law, constitutional law, criminal procedure law, commercial law, administrative law, human rights law, civil procedure law, and customary law.

Every article published in goes through a manuscript selection process, peer review, and rigorous editing process. We hope that the articles we publish can make a real contribution and have a broad impact on the development of legal science, as well as provide valuable insights for our readers.
