Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance analysis of regional income and expenditure budget management in the Palembang city financial and asset management agency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Palembang City Financial and Asset Management Agency. The variable in this research is the performance of regional revenue and expenditure budget management in the city of Palembang. The data used are primary data and secondary data with documentation data collection techniques. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on all data obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of the city of Palembang, several conclusions can be drawn, including that the original regional income received is smaller than the central government transfer income, and is still insufficient or not yet optimal. Independence: The performance of the Palembang city government is still low with an average of 60.5%, with an effectiveness of 69.5% and an efficiency level of 96%. Thus, it can be said that the Palembang city government has not performed well in terms of realizing the planned PAD.
