PENERAPAN METODE DEVOPS DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM LAUNDRY YANG RESPONSIF DAN ADAPTIF

Abstract

This research investigates the application of DevOps methods in developing a responsive and adaptive laundry system. The background to this research arises from the need for laundry services to face competitive challenges and improve operational efficiency through the use of information technology. DevOps methods are applied to integrate software development processes with IT operations more efficiently, thereby enabling development teams to respond to changing market needs more quickly and supporting the delivery of higher quality products. The data used in this research consists of customer needs analysis, business process mapping, and implementation of DevOps practices in the laundry system development cycle. The research method used is a qualitative approach involving literature study, interviews with laundry service stakeholders, and direct observation of the implementation of DevOps practices. The research results show that applying the DevOps method in laundry system development can increase responsiveness to changing market needs, speed up product development time, and increase customer satisfaction. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in designing adaptive and responsive information systems in laundry services.
