Abstract

In the digital era, information technology (IT) plays a vital role in supporting various activities, including in the higher education sector. Effective and efficient IT service management is very necessary to improve the quality of services provided to students. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 4 is a framework that provides best practice guidelines for IT service management, which are relevant to today's business and technology needs. This research aims to explore the application of the service strategy domain in ITIL 4 in the context of measuring and improving the level of student service in higher education. By adopting this approach, it is hoped that universities can design and implement a more structured IT service strategy, which is aligned with organizational goals and focuses on increasing student satisfaction.
